King, Superintendent. Our Administration The people pictured on this page are responsible for the administration of our school. The Board of Education Formulates the policies under which we operate and they expect the Superintendent to carry them out. He, in turn, relies heavily on the office secretary to attend to the many details encountered in our daily routine, They all Form a team and the smoothness of their teamwork is evidenced by the quite et- ficiency with which our school has operated during the past year. The one above was taken from the northwest in the winter of the i958-'59 school year and shows the rear of the old portion of the building with the new addition to the south . The scene below was taken several years ago from the interesection at the northeast corner of the school ground. lt.will serve to indicate how it appeared before the paving was laid and much of the shrubbery removed . Many more bicycles line the front of the building today.

A '-M .. .,g f i x l 4 ' i qs? ., Uur Cooks The Richland School Lunch Program has the reputation of being the best in this area, and those responsible are pictured above. They are, at the left, Mrs. Flossie B . Steel, Manager, standing next to her is Mrs. Myrtle Fox. At the right may be seen Mrs. Leona Oswalt and Mrs . Mattie Collett. They are pictured in the modern kitchen which is a part of the new addition . The students and patrons of the school are greatly indebted to these people for their contribution to the health and happi- ness of those they serve . Our Custodian At the left is pictured Mr. Ray Ward, school custodian, standing at the entrance to the furnace room. He is the man of whom the State Inspector said, Your building gives evidence of excellent custodial care . His many gifts at Christmas time is evidence of the regard in which he is held by the student body. Uur Bus Drivers At the right are the three men who deliver more than half of our student body safely to school each morning and to their homes each evening. No accidents have marred their records. Kermit Ward, left, has completed his fourth year. Al White, center, took over in mid-year when Glen Nordyke moved to Arizona. Ralph Talley right, is driving his first year. Their iob is indispensable to the smooth operation of our school.
