WILLIAM R. HALTER High School Principal Mr. Halter has these degrees from the University of Missouri: Bachelor of Journalism, B. S. in Education, and Master of Education. He became principal of Richland High School in December of 1963. Mr. Halter is at Richland High to give counceling and advise, and to keep law and order. He is respected by the students and members of the faculty and is known for his sense of fair play. NORMA NOE Secretary to Mr. Halter Mrs. Noe has been Mr. Halter's sec- retary for the past three years. She and the office girls do the routine office work es- sential to running the school. 8

B. Wayne Johnson Superintendent of Schools Mr. Johnson received his B.S. in Edu- cation from Harding College and his Master of Education from Drury College. He also has additional college credit from Central Missouri State College and the University of Missouri. Before coming to Richland, Mr. Johnson had been superintendent at Crocker and Fordland. Mr. Johnson, with the School Board, sets and carries out our school policy. Presently, under his supervision and the School Boards, our new high school is being constructed. FRANCES JENSEN Secretary to Mr. Johnson and to the Board of Education Mrs. Frances Jensen is secretary to Mr. Johnson and to the Board of Education. She has been a great help to the School Board and Superintendent for the past several years. 7

Ray Mayes Elementary School Principal Mr. Mayes received his B.A. in Education from Southwest Missouri State College. A few years later he received his Master of Education from Drury College. He came to Richland this year from Branson where he had been elementary principal. Mr. Mayes job is to see that the elementary school is running smoothly and efficiently.
