fPronh opnecy While I, a Senior, was running around MR. H. S. , trying to look dignified and still succeed to get my work in before Graduation Day, I had the misfortune to trip on an acorn left on the floor by some careless Freshman. Althouth I looked no different, except for the expression on my face, my mind had wander- ed ahead ten years. I saw my classmates in amazing scenes of world wide activities. Bobby Bade is in India, and owns many harems. Bobby Baker, George Berry, and Jerry Black are famous for their new do-it-yourself kits. Kenneth Davenport is a rich farmer now. He’ll marry Kathie or Jackie soon now. He just doesn't know which one. Paul Carnes is now preaching to his wife and his congregation. Tommy Dodson is now a part-time artist and baseball player. Wayne Eakens and Jesse Groce are working on a chicken farm for shares. They get all the bad eggs. Robert Jackson now owns the Fort Wood Theatre. He is a former famous actor. Danny Dye and Robert Howlett are running a dance studio at Laquey. Jo Anne Hammock is now secretary to the President of the United States. Price Keller and Gary Powers are basketball coaches at Drury and Bolivar Colleges. Jim McLain and Rex Noe are living in Hollywood, married to two famous actresses. They are also touring the nation with their famous debate teams. Louis Hurley has taken over Jack Webb’s police force. Doris Ogle is now a nurse in Barnes Hospital in St. Louis. Waylene Polly is now working for the Shoe Factory in Richland. Joyce Scott and her husband now run the Yellow Rose Cafe in Texas. Emma Bailey is undecided whether to marry Bill, Walter, or one of many other suitors. Elaine Hendrix and Murray Brown are married and living in Birmingham, Alabama. Sue Ramsey is now a grade school teacher in Lebanon. C. J. Scott has finally settled down with Shirley Davis. Shirley Shelton has a very prosperous kissing booth at $5.00 per kiss. Oliver Thompson is a successful salesman traveling all the world over. Morris Williams attended college, and is now a college professor. Verda Watson will soon take Esther William's place; that is, if she ever learns to swim. Wilda Appling teaches Home Economics in a Springfield High School. Diane Downing has a music academy just around the corner. Fern Perkins, surprisingly enough, is a teacher too. She teaches pep squads. 4
