Class If,7 We, the Seniors of 1956, of Richland High School, being of sound mind and memory, do hereby declare this our last will and testament in manner and form as follows: To the faculty we leave many and varied memories; more pleasant to us than to them, no doubt. To Mrs. Dippert and Mr. Fulbright we leave any other class they feel is worth sponsoring. To Mrs. Fulbright all the unused correction fluid. To Mr. Vernon we leave the future basketball players and wish him the best of luck in producing a team as good as the team of '56. To Mr. Schrimsher all the water guns which have seemingly vanished. Our other belongings we will’to the individual lower classmen: Shirley Shelton wills her temper to Shirley Clark. Emma Bailey wills shyness with boys to Katherine Howlett. Waylene Polly wills her orneryness to Marilyn Drennan. Bobby Bade leaves nothing but sound advice to the Freshmen. Doris Ogle wills her ability in volleyball to Kathleen Williams. Rex Noe leaves his flat-top to John McLain. Joyce Scott wills her plumpness to Marilyn Gladden. Shirley Davis wills her long hair to Shirlene Fuller. Gary Powers won't will anything, he's too stingy. Bobby Baker wills his intensive desire to argue to Bobby Joe Harris. Jessee Groce wills his soft voice to Edward Lander. He needs it! Paul Carnes wills his parking place in front of school to Danny Nicks. Sue Ramsey leaves her place in the gossip column to Shirley Bibles. Danny Dye wills his slightly used debate book to Bill Schrimsher. Tommy Dodson wills her ruler to Gary Ray. Take good care of it Gary! Price Keller wills his ability in basketball to Jerry Dodson. George Berry leaves his tall, broad figure to Kenny Hankins. Morris Williams leaves his unfinished practice set to anyone who can understand bookkeeping. C. J. Scott wills his vacant seat in Study Hall to any studious student. Jimmy McLain wills his knowledge of guns to Jerry Thornsberry. Jerry Black wills his height to Bobby Browning. Fern Perkins, Wilda Appling, Verda Watson, and Elaine Hendrix will their ability to run around together four years and still be friends, to anyone who can stand each other that long. Diane Downing wills her place in the Trio to Barbara Carnes. Robert Jackson leaves his speaking accent to Robert Roam. Robert Howlett leaves his singing ability to anyone who can do better. Jo Anne Hammock wills to Vera Anderson the ability of not getting mad at the boys on the school bus. Louis Hurley wills his bashful ways to Holly Ogle. Oliver Thompson, Warren Pemberton, Kenneth Davenport, and Wayne Eaken, didn't stay long enough to leave a will. RICHLAND TIRE SHOP Compliments of RICHLAND MIRROR 15
