These players were Michelle Zeuge, Tracie Laster, Mindie Markham, and Missie Markham. Coach Powell said that she was very pleased with the teams per- formance and talent considering that 85 percent of the team was rookies. The Juniors from 1986-87 team look ahead to a stronger, and more experienced varsity. Despite a slug- gish season, Geneva Hammond said, The year offered a great opportuni- ty for the juniors to gain experience. Finishing up with a record of twelve and six the girls recorded a.5O0 per- cent winning season.
