The college selects the prospective school and teacher that these students are to work under. When the student arrives, he or she observes the teacher and his techniques. He is then assigned to take over one class and is given more according to his in- creased ability. His class preparation requires much added time in the library. These students meet with duties and problems that they will later face every day.
