Administration The Administration of Richard Winn Academy is in capable hands. Mr. Taylor, with twenty years of experience in education, is responsible for the total operation of the school. He is a person who loves his work and young people — and tries to instill his enthusiasm in his students and constituents. Aiding Mr. Taylor is Mrs. Stevenson. Board of Directors Richard Winn Academy is govern- ed by a Board of Directors consisting of twelve members and the Head- master. The Board’s primary con- cerns are with the policies of the school which affect its growth and philosophy. The administrative and operative duties are vested in the Headmaster.
