To live independently is our wish, believing That only through self-reliance can we gain Our chosen goals, and a fuller life attain. Equipped with knowledge and understanding, which comes through education, We are prepared to lead our world and nation In the way of brotherhood, hoping that mankind, Through belief in God, tolerance and faith, will find peace of mind. This is why we leave, for it is to us the people will turn When in doubt and need, and from us the children will learn What we have learned—that peace will not exist in greed. We are the future.
