LISBO POR T GAL 23-28 JANUARY Lisbon, the capital of Portugal, was a beautiful seaport that BYRD crewmembers had five days to visit. The city is located on the Tagus River just before it spills into the Atlantic. Our portcall in Lisbon brought with it two important changes of the guard.
