Initiated through student- raised finances, managed by a student directorate, op- erated by student technicians, and staffed by student announcers, WRHS expanded its services this year through a second broadcast night each week. Through entertainment features such as musical shows and sports coverage, and presentation of public service messages, local news coverage, and topical interviews, WRHS became an integral part of community life.
