VARSITY TRACK The Rocket trackmen, performing to the peak of their ability, edged out a fighting Oak Lawn team 51.7 to 48.5 to win their fifth consecutive Conference Meet. During the 1958 season the frosh-soph trackmen, coached by fo' Rich- Mr. Iames Marzuki and Mr. Iames Curlett, had a ten won, three lost record. Among their best efforts were non- conference victories over Blue Island, Kankakee, and Riverside-Brookfield. Setting five records during the season, the little Rockets were undefeated in conference competition until the conference meet in which they placed fourth.
