The Thanksgiving Concert, the December choral program, the U H 0 R A I- spring choral concert and Senior Meditations provided . opportunities for the Choral Club to perform and develop their musical talent. Geronimo, a novelty number featuring a It l U B modern dance routine, was one of the highlights of the Thanksgiving Concert. With Mr. Iames Simpson directing, the choir also presented an exchange concert with Bloom Township High School and participated with the Park Forest Symphony Orchestra in producing a concert. Members of the choir Worked hard with three soloists and six ensembles winning superior ratings at the district music contest, striving to maintain the high level of achievement set by their predecessors, who in 1956 performed on the Ed Sullivan Show and sang on the steps of the National Capitol.
