CAMERA ClUB The success of every school paper and yearbook depends largely upon the capabili ties of the camera club. One of the reasons why the Founder and the Edmundian have such appeal to the students is the pictures they contain. Many of these pictures were taken and developed by members of the Camera Club. This valuable activity is under the careful supervision of Bro. E. McEnroe and consists of a small, but skilled number of stu- dents of photography. At any track meet or baseball game you are sure to find a member of the camera club with his trusty camera. The Rice darkroom is fully equipped and has modern facilities for developing, printing, and coloring photos. During the vocation week, the camera club displays its beautiful collection of pictures taken at the West Park Novitiate. Long. assisted by Christopher Boland, Rm. 442, Iames Whitfield 454, Donald Fay 246, and Raymond Dickey 241. IHI BAHIC lIlIIB Wherever the sons of Erin traverse they have brought with them the faith and culture of their motherland. No small wonder then that we find in Rice a large representation of Irish-American boys eager to learn the language of St. Patrick and St. Brigid, and to show their prowess in Gaelic football, and in the history and literature of their fore- fathers. Our boys will be well represented this year at the Peis and the Aeridheacht and the football team has reached a peak beyond all expectations.
