Our organization plans to take field trips to different business offices to see what makes a business tick , Our club held a dance on January 7, 1955 after the basketball game. PHOTOGRAPHY CL B The Photography Club is a newly organized club this year for sophomores interested in photography. They started out by having a float in the Homecoming parade. They have learned to develop film, take correct snapshots and portraits, and enlarge along with many other fundamentals of photography. To use their knowledge, they printed their own Christmas cards. In this club we learn to live better so that in future years we may promote better homes. The purpose of the FHA is to promote international good will, to work for better homes and family life for all. The purpose of the FTA club as stated in their constitution is: To learn about the opportunities in teaching, to cultivate the qualities essential in a good teacher, to study the lives of great teachers, and to foster the development of student leader- shi added to this club. Some of the activities that are planned to help the members of the group understand about the teaching profession are: 1. To assist teachers with their work 2. Attend meetings where they are guests of the teachers 3. Visiting schools in order to observe the work being done so that they can decide whether or not to become teachers. p.
