To Your Class June, 1967 During your years at Rhodes you have been attending classes, learning r.'.any things, participating in many school activities, and making many new friendships or continuing old ones. This yearbook, which will become an increasingly valuable treasure as the years go by, records by picture or words some of your activities during your stay at 5100 Riddulph Avenue. However. your yearbook cannot record all the pertinent facts about your character, industry, loyalty or perseverance. Now you face a future beyond high school. Have you been developing a championship attitude toward life? If so, you should l»e able to do your l est thinking and your best work when the going is toughest. That’s the true champion. If you really want to live full and successful lives, probably nothing can stop you but your own lack of faith. I wish to express my thanks for the cooperation and help the members of your class have offered Rhodes High School. '1'his cooperation is an indication that you have learned to enjoy working with others. It indicates, loo, that during the same time you have l een showing respect for other per- c:ns you have been giving them the opportunity to enjoy and respect you.
