We Senior Officers feel that his philosophy is an important one -- one that can lead us to become suc- cessful. To become a success we must learn for ourselves to let our ideas be our own, nurtured in the under- standing and beliefs that have grown through all of our thinking. We have to learn to think for ourselves and to build our own values based on a solid rock of faith in God. We must be willing to sacri- fice a part of ourselves and learn to be independent so as to do our jobs well.
