LANCE-'RS' ' '.' . nf 'N REYNOLDS HIGH sci-looL A QOQT TRLOUTDALE, OREGOLNQAJWSZQA owvfi Ab fif'fjl?7T'CJ The cover for the 1964 Lancers' Legend has been designed by Ayma Habal, our exchange student from Syria. We appreciate the thought, effort and interest in our school that Ayman has shown in his portrayal of what Reynolds means to him. His message reads as follows: Dear Lancers, It is what I saw and felt that made me design this cover with the shield, lance, and the loncer representing Reynolds. The eight stars show how old the school is. The bricks symbolize that all ot us are one unit, side by side, but if one is lost the entire wall won't come down. We lost President Kennedy, but the U. S. didn't fall down. We felt bad and that is symbolized by the spring, when you touch one circle, the whole spring will vibrate. Ayman El-Habal A Syrian Lancer was-cm , Q JAG .a.,,, s Ce 14,
