President Jim Frandeen Jim Frandeen and the Student Council have had a very successful year guiding the Reynolds' student body, The council was enlarged through a change in procedure which allows greater representation, Through their efforts the drive for the football lights fund was begun, About 81200 was raised by students who earned money planting Christmas trees for Dads' Club president Mr. Jim Rice, from the student work day for firms and individuals in the surrounding area, from the Nights for Lights movie, and from a car drawing, During the year the Lancer Tips , an information guide for students, was printed, This year also saw a change in the method of electing student officers whereby registration and secret balloting in booths were added, With the cooperation of the PTSA3obi-monthly rec- reation nights were enjoyed by the students, Student Council Vice-President Gregg Ireland
