We started the ear w1th paper and scrap drlves. Later we sold claper dans, sllk scarve , t1es, hammers, spudnuts, metal sponges, Chrlstmas cards, and wrapplngs, every-day cards, statlonary, school p1ns ready yell, napP1ns, and calendars. UBoy, do you look snazzyqn Yes, these were some of the remarks heard on October 16-awe had our plctures taken At our hO1EC3WlUg game w1th Stronghurst on November 2, V155 Donna Dixon, senlor, re1gned as queen. James Fuhr and Norman Sproston, co- captalns, were her escorts JoAnn Hofer, senlor attendant, was escorted by Kenneth MCG1UnlS The class play, N.mazinv Grac1e', under the d1rection of hr. hltG sell, proved qulte successful Don Deloulln, who had a leadlng part, On December 6, the class sponsored the nBHdd1GS of the airlanes Show W The senior square dance set also appeared at the program The set included Jotnn Hofer, LaVerne Krueger, Ruth Barlett, Kenny McCorm1ck Barbara Iedeklnd, rl yd Vroman, Mona Lea Kadel, and Jlm Terrlll ls the flrst semester drew to a close, we all reallzed that we had only one more senester left at good old Reynolds High The time passed qulcklv, and soon it was tlme for the events whlch h1 hl1vhted our sen1or year Class Nlght, Baccalaureate, Graduatlon, and our senlor traln trlp to New Orleans e are all sorry to leavf R C H o , but the tmme has come when we m st go out and nake fur place ln the world Ie hope that our class the class of 1952 wlll always be remembered. un V A . Again the students were active either 1n boys' or girls' chorus, newspaper or annual staff, band, football, ba ketball, track, and volley ball. We felt we had galned a lot as yearlings in 'h8, but we had even higher goal no!! On August 31, 1950, fifty-eight students leaped 1nto the third jump of the adventure This year the officers were pH'es1dent--James Fuhr, 'vlce-presldent Don DeMoulin, secretary-JoAnn Hofer, Cieasurer Kenneth McCorm1ck Mona Lea Kadel and Donald DeMou1in were our representatives to Student Council Th1s year we selected three guides-Mrs Nelson, Mr Starkel, and Mr Moon Mona Lea Kadel was chosen to be the homecom1ng attendant, she selected J mes Fuhr to be her escort at the gridiron activ1ties, which were held on October 20 and 21 We really felt like upperclassmen now on that well remembered day NOh's and Ah'sU, they were really very attractlve Many of our members were off1cerl as well as members in the various organlzations FFA, FHA, and Girls' Club The jun1or play, a three act comedy called NThe Inner Willyn, was presented in April We opened our sllver lined cloud and brought forth a beaut1ful prom for the graduating seniors on Ha M Thus the close of our junior year On August 31, 1951, f1fty two senlors started on the fourth and last lap of the adventure In the polmtical campaign of this most eventful year, James Fuhr became president, Kenneth Parchert, vice- president, JoAnn Hofer, secretary, Kenneth McCorm1ck, treasurer, and Shirley Jeiss, Floyd Vroman, and George Attig-Student Councll Represen tatives Our guides were: M183 Johnston, Mr Whitesell, and Mr Mitchell. O . O of November 29, we received our class rings! The rings brought a lot of J Q -
