Now fifty years later the Nightingale staff wishes to remember that first annual by attempting to bring back memories of 1923 by including pictures from that year. i

This lady has been as an interviewer to most of us as incoming freshmen, as a teacher who stood by us, as a gracious hostess who has in- vited us to her home, and as a comforter to us when we have been discouraged or sick.
