The Dramatic Club gives every member ofthe student body a chance to earn ten Thespian points and become a member of Thespians. These aspiring young actors earn If these points on stage and backstage in activities such as painting scenery, sew- ing costumes, working on make-up and publicity. Boom At Revere Horsebackriding, roller skating, and bowl- ing are only a few of the activities attempted by the members of the Girls Athletic Associa- tion. Each girl's goal is to acquire a total of 250 points during her membership. This en- titles her to an award at the end of the year. Speech, Speech, Speech As the Irish might say: They have the gift of gab, but Revere's members of the National Forensic League put it to a good purpose. They compete in debate and individual events to earn twenty-five points for membership and higher degrees. Individual events are divided into four sub-divisions: oratorical, humorous, and dramatic declamations and extemporaneous speeches. The many Saturdays started at early hours, which members gave to these activities, gave them a chance to show their oratorical ability. 5 2 H 2 3 k had wa' 2 V N.F.L.
