CHEMISTRY CLUB The Chemistry Club was formed by Mrs. Rumbaugh, Advisor, for the purpose of promoting more interest in chemistry. A constitution was adopted and was passed by Student Council. The requirements that have to be met before a per- son can become a member are as follows: They must be taking the chemistry course and must retain an average of 80 or more. Summerville, P. Longfellow. GIRLS' ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION The Girly Athletic Association took up where they had left off the year before. The club chose to pay dues of 25 cents a semester. In this way the girls not joining in September could join in January. The girls held monthly meetings and activities. Activities for the year were bowling, Christmas party, Mother-Daughter Banquet. and a basketball game between the women faculty and G.A.A. girls. Mrs. Wilma Fansler served as advisor. They are now stationed at four hall posts to keep students quiet and to check their passes. The monitors give up their study halls to do this work. v TEACHERIS JASSISTANTS Those wishing to be assistants to teachers volunteer the preceding year. They must have had a year of typing, except for those who are laboratory assistants. Miss Leasure, Advisor, assigns the stu- dents to the teachers..
