4 I FOREIGN LANGUAGE FESTIVAL . . . '34 ROMA OA HONG KONG? On Thursday, December 22, the Italian IV class held their annual festival in Room lO2. The afternoon included the skit A Roma o A Hong Kong? Cwritten and performed by Italian IV Studentsj which was the highpoint of the festival. Susan Colella as the skyjacker, Carmella Capano as Mamma, Laura Travaglini as Giuseppina, Mich- elle DiCarlo as Tina. Karen Kapamagian as the stewardess and Mr. Reitsma as the deaf-mute pilot put on a hilarious performance as Sth period Italian students burst into laughter. The skit ended with the stewardess throwing a whipped cream pie into the face of the sky- jacker. lt was a great time for all involved Cespecially the skyjackerj and truly showed the abundant knowledge in the language itself. and the ingenuity of the Italian IV students. 55 - Q lwx
