As the nucleus ot an element ex- pands to capacity, then divides, Re- seda has enacted a similar process with the opening of Cleveland High School. The dividing nucleus sends its particles into orbits which leel no bind to the parent element. Here the similarity ends, tor we Regents, al- though recognizing Clevelands indi- viduality, will always teel a union between the campuses. Most ot us recall the early days ol Regentville when recognition and major achievements seemed very re- mote, but within tour years Reseda has risen to capture the Valley League championships and to excel academically. To the student body ot Cleveland High School, we honor- ably dedicate this years Talisman. thus expressing our anticipation ot the success that is sure to come to the new campus, and our hope that the special bond ot friendship be- tween our schools will always con- tinue.
