Text from Pages 1 - 112 of the 1973 volume:

R.H.S. I shall pass through this world but once. If therefore, there be any kindness I can show or any good I could do, Let me do it now, let me not defer it nor neglect it, for I shall not pass this way again. Etime'de Grellet Education is a companion which no misfortune can decrease, no crime destroy, no enemy alien- ate, no despotism enslave; at home a friend, abroad an intro- duction, in solutude a solace, in society an ornament. It chastens vice, and gives grace and govern- ment to genius. Agneta and Koji and our two YFU students. Agneta comes to us from Sweden and is residing with the Loyis Eeckhoff's. Koji hales from Japan and is staying with the Fred Olson's. Both are very popular about school. Koji came to his fame with his new wrestling style and his genial personality. While Agneta, though quiet, is very friendly and nice to know once you meet her. We are glad to have these two students grace our halls because they add a new dimension to our lives which we would not otherwise experience. They bring fresh views about life and expose us to a different culture and help bring these cultures together. They have shown us, that people around the world are alike and can be as nice as the next guy. 4 SENIORS I We will be together Until that day That day that we commence That day, We will come together And each of us will leave alone We will come with a smile on our face And a tear in our heart But we come with courage That we may leave with hope We come with peace That we may leave with love We will follow our new goals We will go where we've never been before But in spirit we will always be a part of Renville High. Our world is the classroom where we listen and learn. Our world is the halls we walk every day with kids at school, seeking to know our- selves. Our world is the library where we study, read, and relax. Our world is the gym where we participate, where we play basket- ball or cheer the team. Our world is the stage where we hear That's it . Our world is the office where we hand in an excuse and where we receive a make-up slip. Our world is the lunchroom where we eat five days a week. Our world is the student lounge for a half hour a day. Our world is the places we go and the people we meet, the things we see, and the feelings we feel.
