Long ago, approximately twenty years, to be exact, there was a senior class known as the class of 72 . The class consisted of some 51 members, whose main ambition was to liven up the school year, until, the day of one big celebration , May 25. Teachers and parents said there was no hope, and sadly admitted there wer$ failures with- in the group. On the contrary, however, we intend to prove quite the opposite and are determined to reestablish ourselves reliable citizens . For instance look at the long list of public services offered by class members. Where would this community be without its public servants. DUANE BRUNS is running his Cowboy Cab Service from Renville to Marshall from 8:30 to 3:36, while the community charm school operated by GAIL AALDERKS is a decided advantage for area citizens. Let's not forget the city's famous plastering company owned by KEN NIEUWBEERTA, the world renowned inventor of the bubble gum technique . However, before constructing the walls one should enlist the services of Al's (ROSAASEN) wrecking crew, (specialty is blocking sieds) to destroy the dwelling. For the farmers ol the region, Betty's Butler Bin's Company is the largest in the state, while under the command oi MISS SIETSEMA, DEWAYNE ABBAS is the major stockholder in this Enterprise. PROPHECY 15 CLASS PROPHECY (CONTINUED) Now who can deny the merit of our very own minister, STEVE LINK, who is an apprentice for the famous Madsen parish of Denmark. Steve now broadcasts his Sunday sermons over MIKE WALLER'S radio station, Mike is the local disc jockey. Furthermore, where would the people be without PAUL DEGREE'S Grocery (everyone likes to eat). Another class member, TRIX WEBER is Renville's own ambassador, as she is the YFU director with home offices in Vienna. Looking into the government field and armed services, we see that STAN FELDMAN is a member of the NASA Research Team which involves testing the effects of alcohol on field mice. Another government worker is RON LENZ, who has taken over Herbert Hoover's job as director of the FBI. In our class, we have two cooperating workers, TOM BRETTIN, is now a barber for the army, his specialty is crew cuts. The other is WAYNE HANSON, head of the government program banning long hair. His slogan is Long live the Heine. In the field of education, we see MARILYN WOLTERS. She is starring on Romper Room, now everyone is calling her Miss Marilyn. GARY EEKHOFF has taken the Webster Dictionary and has rewritten it to fit his dialogue. JENNY WOHLMAN is a social worker working with distressed teachers. HOLLY HAUG has been named Teacher of the Year in France. She teaches English to French students. DEBBIE BRINK has taken over Mr. Merkel's job as he has now retired. Taking over Miss Westphal's job as girl's basketball coach is LADONNA HEBRINK. Mr. Wacholz, Ag teacher, has given up his position to a former student, PAT HENNEBERRY. The head secretary at Renville High School is now MARLYS KING. Peering into the field of agriculture, we see STEVE WOHLMAN is still a sheep raising river rat.
