The festivities started off Thursday night with the skits which were followed by the climax of the evening - the coro- nation. After Donna Dolan was crowned, the students swarmed out to the bonfire and were led in a snake dance down to main street. Teeming with excitement about the big game that night, the students staged the traditional parade Friday afternoon. The Indians did not overcome the Panthers, but their morale was lifted at the big dance afterwards. Bob Fredrickson and Duane Johnson, our co-captains, and the other senior football players threw the torches that started the bonfire blazing. 40 «Ili ea Dorothy Olson, a new secretary, came to Renville in the middle of the term.
