We would also like to thank the faculty and students, to whom this book is dedicated, for their cooperation. The list of individuals who aided the staff is very long but we would like to give special recognition to the following people: Mr. Wayne Erickson, Mr. Doren Green and Mike Pigford for always having a camera ready when we needed one; Mrs. Wood and Mrs. Eckholm for putting up with us in the office every five minutes; Mr. Crowe and Dr. Day for finding a way to let us do the impossible; to Campbell ' s Printing and Mr. Commingore for their technical printing services beyond our understanding. Finally we would like to express our sincere appreciation to Miss Landgrebe for making the long hours of work enjoyable. Without her journalistic advice and patience this book would not have been possible.
