THERE’S I SONG IN THE AIR Alas for those who never sing, Holmes ' sentiments from The Voiceless reflect ours exactly, for singing certainly adds immeasurably to our enjoyment of life. Part of us were also chosen to participate in the Purdue Chorus, The Variety Show, and var- ious other special activities throughout the school year. President SUNSHINE OFFICERS Patty Moore Sandra Martin .... Vice-President Laurel Rardin . . . Corr. Secretary Sue Jordan . . . Recording Secretary Gayla Michael Treasurer As our name indicates, we spend all year spreading sunshine throughout our school and community. At the beginning of the year we choose our ideal ladies and it takes all we can muster to keep our identities a secret for a whole year. During the year we hold a number of social occasions which all enjoy, the Foot- ball Supper, Dads ' Supper, Sunshine Dance, and Mothers ' Day Tea. But most of our time is spent helping others by doing such things as assisting in the annual polio drive, sending wreaths to the Jasper County Hospital at Christmas, helping to support Riley Hospital in Indianapolis, and sending packages to Westville.
