H. S. Although things were new to them, they quickly adapted themselves to the routine of high school life. Many girls became enthusiastic members of the Sunshine Society, G. A. A., and Dolly Madison Club. Suzanne Hopkins was the freshman member of the Chaos staff. A large percentage of the boys became helpful members of the Hi-Y, Future Farmers Club, and athletic teams. Norman Bauman was an outstanding basketball and football player. Many freshmen were active members of the Classical Club, Kathryn Kirk being elected treasurer. In Masque and Wi g plays they were always represented. Suzanne Hopkins play- ed the leading role in the musical production “Tune In.” Page Twenty-Eight
