R. 0. T. CC. The B.O.T.C. Battalion is composed of four companies consisting of approxi- mately 30O boys. Heading the Battalion as instructors of military tactics and science are Lieutenant Colonel Thomas A. Harris and Sergeant Iohn A. Paul. An annual event was the government inspection which brought to a close the activities of the Battalion . . . A new company, the Headquarters Company, has been formed for those who have had typing and who wish to go into clerical Work . . . Cadet Staff Officers and Company Commanders Were: Lt. Col. Iames C. Anderson, Majors Iohn Brooks, Al VanCleve, Wayne Asher: Headquarters Company, Iac Francovichp Co. A, Marshall Iohnsony Co. B, Ray McGuire: Co. C, Iack Dieringerg Co. D, Iack Huddleston. TNT Peppy supporters of the Huskies, TNT members attended the football games in a group-selling hot dogs and trimming goal-posts. During the year, Reno High's trophies acquired a high polish due to the efforts of club members. Special project was the service flag in honor of former students now in the service . . . RlEfWA'NlE After a long struggle, the staff was again able to bring the Re-Wa-Ne back to life. Last year, because of the lack of enough subscriptions, it was impossible to have a year-book. Throughout the year the members took a vigorous interest in student problems and affairs. The paper aired the common views of the students and helped to created a better spirit. HONOR SOCIETY The Honor Society is an organization for students who have attained high scholastic ratings. To be eligible, a student must have had an average of 90 or above for two semesters. During the year, the Honor Society sponsored one money-making activity and an assembly at which the honor pins were awarded.
