The Pep Club this year was composed of both boys and girls. Almost every student in high school was a member of the organization. Mrs. Manning and Mrs. Brattebo were sponsors of the Pep Club. The officers were: Presi- dent, Janice Paulsen,Secretary-Treasurer, Neva AckermangClass Secretaries-- Seniors, Catherine Robinson, Juniors, Ila Toben, Sophomores, Janet Dewolfg and Freshmen, Lois Arnold. Most of the members purchased green and white jackets with 'Ramblers' for the girls and WRamsW for the boys printed on them. The girls wore green corduroy skirts. The cheerleaders for the football season were Ramona Halupnick, Marie Ragsdale, Phyllis Ohrt,and Rachael Johnson. Ramona, Marie,and Phyllis were cheerleaders for the varsity boys' basketball team.For the football season, the cheerleaders wore white sweaters and green slacks, for the basketball season, they wore new green and white skirts and blouses. Darlene Redfearn, Doris Arnold, and Marilyn Mask were selected as the cheerleaders for the freshmen boys' and the girls' basketball teams. The Pep Club also learned many new fight songs for which the pep band furnished the accompaniment at the games.
