Opal Brown, Pearl Schick, Dale McIntyre, Shirley Koch and Pat Bowen were new members of our class this year. During the year the following members left our class: Ramola Humphrey, Ruby Olin, Ronald Shelton, Stanley Boehm Arthur Hook Freida Harms, Richard and Betty Lee. Marjorie Hooper joined our class during the year. Our officers for the year were: President. . . . . . . . . Virgil Crowe x Vice-President . . . . . . Kenneth Beck Secretary-Treasurer. . Hollis Wilkinson fZy3 Student Council. . . .. . . .Mike Owen f MNPN Lois Arnold ' Sponsors . . . . . . .Mr. Frink Miss Cooper The freshmen were initiated by the sophomores at a costume party and a sca- venger hunt. Our Homecoming candidate was Freida Harms, who was an attendant to the queen. At the carnival we sponsored the basketball throw and the wrestling arena. Two of our girls Doris Arnold and Marilyn Mask were chosen as cheerleaders for the girls' basketball team. Lois Arnold Opal frown, and Mary Ann Bown were cheerlea ers for the freshmen boys' basketball team. Since the class was so large, we had our own boys' football and basketball teams which brought home many victories. LeAnn Roberts and Lois Arnoldwme members of the girls' basketball first team. Most of our members participated in F. F. A. and F. H. A. Quite a few of them took part in vocal and instrumental music groups.
