RHS STUDENT COUNCIL The Student Council of Reicher High provides by delegated author- ity an opportunity for students to preserve democracy by experienc- ing self-government. Each home- room sends its representative to the weekly meetings where with the Council officers they serve as a planning board to coordinate student activities. They promote leader- ship, school spirit, and social af- fairs on the all -school level as do the individual groups of officers for their respective classes or home- rooms. During the past year the Student Council sponsored the annual home- coming activities, arranged several assemblies - the first of which ac- quainted the student body with each of the school organizations and their purposes - gave a picnic for the faculty, and raised funds for the purchase of a beautiful cibo- rium for the new convent chapel.
