m: A my ggs Beauty of Like a gleaming jewel nestled in the folds of a rich green velvet, our Alma Nlater sits h enthroned 0n Norwood's highest hill and com- h mands a view of the surrounding countryside. Her beauty as she rests, bathed in the liquid gold of the sun-hathed mount, is the cynosure of eyes for miles, in every direction. But if she is impressive in perspective, how much more inspiring is Regina at Close range. About her in the summer stands a silent court of verdant-garbed knights: the mighty oaks, the towering elms, the stately poplars, and the fullnbosomed maples, whose leafy crowns are studded with multiecolored songsters. At her feet the Howers burst in bloom and incense her loveliness with their perfume The winter scene has a charm all its own. h erapped in flowing ermine robes, our Alma e Mater sits in the midst of a fairyland of fan- tastically beautiful ice-wrought nymphs and sparkling evergreens.
