Pep Club, Team Boost Spirit at Regina The year 1966 was a year of many firsts for Regina. A rousing Pep Club was , begun this year with the help of Sr. Alice Anne, moderator, and Joyce Kapela. The members cheered the girls' basketball team and supported the cheerleaders all season long. Players and fans watch tensely as Kathy Rossiter tries for an extra point. V40 Cheerleaders lent spirit and enthusiasm to the team. Left, front to back, 9 Chris.Kavanagh, Michael Marsh, Jean Hopkins captaing right Nadine Shannon, Barb Coty and Betsy Gurnee. ..,.g. Team members watch anxiously as the ball first wobbles, then sinks into the basket, scoring another two points for Regina. The parade of floats, sponsored by the Pep Club, helped raise spirit throughout the school. Each class entered one float. It was a close race, but the Freshmen came in first.

One after another the Seniors march into the Multi- Purpose room for mass the morning of Ring Day. Father DuRussell celebrated mass in school in honor of Senior Ring Day.
