The closing item was a superb harp solo, by Raymond Rosenthal, the piece was worthy of Saliva himself. At the conclusion of the programme a dainty tea was served. Monsieurs Waddell and Young poured Hthe Orange Peko, while S. Carpenter cut the ices. W. McElmoyle passed among the guests bearing a dainty bon-bon dish full of garlic. As a con- cluding item, W. Waddell -nimbly danced The Spring Dance.
