Weupzws Deparfmenf LCDRB C McLaughlin USN Weapons Officer The REEVES' weapons department performs a wide variety of jobs ranging from deck seamanship to the maintenance and operation of two highly sophisticated missile systems. The department is di vided into four divisions each responsible for a segment of the hard work required to keep the ship and its Weapons systems in a high state of operational readiness. The deck force personnel of lst division are responsible for much of the painting and preservation of topside spaces, and, more importantly for the safe and efficient ac complishment of all seamanship evolutions W division personnel are assigned to the Terrier Missile System, maintaining and operating the missile loading, storage and y 4 Us-1 ff 'li' .
