Senior Class History Our Search For Freedom 50-51 It all started our year of 50-51 at the Reelsville High School. Our leader was Nr. Luther B. Mann, with the assistance of hr. Alward, Nr. W. Koile, Mr. Richard Marksbarry, Mrs. Bamburger, and Mrs. Thomas. We Bill Amers, Joe Collins, Retta Barnett, Bill Cox, Jack Cox, Audrey Dobson, Russell Gardner, Bob Girton, Barbara Jones, Feb Kendall, Arthur Kirk, Phyllis Neese, Robert Taylor, Shirley Ward, Sharon White, and Jack Young. We gained two strays through out the year which were Ruth Matherly and Shirley Wright, but left soon afterwards. Our gang of 16 decided by the way we were being shoved around just too much. Our Fight For Freedom was upon our Shoulders. we had three search parties ahead of us. 51-52 Over a rest period of four months we started out again in the year of 51-52 to start another search party concerning the gang, which was the same gang as last year except Bill Amers who joined another party and Joe Collins which dropped out completly. We still have same leader but new assistants who are Jane John, Mrs. Thelma Sutheslin, hr. Ralph Owen, Mr. Charles Griffith, hrs. Olive Kirk, and last but not least Mrs. Roxie Hentschler, Mr. Griffith who got dishearted and left us at Christmas with Mr. Hurst taking his place. We thought maybe that this would be a chance for the gang to gain a little of our lost and unselfish freedom, for which we were, all striving for. with our chins up and our shoulders to the wheel we managed to get through this years party. 52-53 During this vacation trip we just lost one member of our party, which was Sharon White.
