STUDENT PATROL First Row left to right Mr Crow Glenn Harbst Donald Bumgardner Fred Grove Bud Briner Donald Wmegardner Clayton Kline Second Row Sherm Glick Ronald Calhoun Donald Freed Kenneth Maben Ernest Kephart Mark Glick Ray Russler Howard Houtz Third Row Ammon I-Iouser Ronald Freed Ralph Wilson Frances Houser Marlene Kuhns Roberta Rhoades Patricia Reigle Margaret Houtz Fourth Row Harvey Kuhns Jack Frankhouser Robert Freed Frank Oburn Jay Hcuser The school patrol was reorganized shortly after the beginning of the present school term The boys and girls who serve on the patrol are safeguarding the lives of their classmates They protect the future of our boys and girls by helping them to become safety conscious which will serve them through out their lives The patrolman must carry on even though the weather is rainy snowy or b low freezing In order to protect his classmates he must be at his post at all times except in case of illness at which time a substitute is chos n by himself or the leader in charge New belts and ram caps were secured for the patrol members from the Lewistown AAA. To make the patrol more attractive to more high school students members or the patrol are to receive a credit in health and safety, in addition to permitting them to attend free the movie that is held in the high school auditorium on alternate weeks. The members on the patrol both bus and street, haue been doing an excellent job thus far this term. I wish to compliment them upon their work and co-operation during this term of school. The following are on the patrol: Captain Ralph Wilson: Co-captains, Alberta Rhodes, Robert Freed, Patsy Reigle, Frances House-rg Members: Ronald Freed, Donald Freed, Ronald Calhoun, Howard Houtz, Clay Bonson, Donald Bumgardner, Donald Winegardner, Earnest Kephart, Clayton Kline, Frank Oburn, Jay Houser, Ammon Houser, Harvie Kuhns, Ray Russler, Sherman Glick, Mark Glick, and Ward Narehood.

LEATHER CRAFT CLUB First Row left to right Dorothy Yetter Arla Walter Second Row Barbara McN1tt Evelyn Traxler Mr Carstetter The purpose of this club is to learn about the art of leathercraft The puipls are Last year the articles made were Wallets purses belts key containers However due to a full program Mr Carstetter has been unable to devote as much time to the club. also the membership IS very small and it has not been as active as last year taught how to tool and bind leather into various articles. '
