The 1983 Beaver football team won its fourth consecu- tive conference title losing just one game to Portage during their regular conference schedule. This put them into the division playoff picture where they lost a very exciting semifinal game to Kewauskum in over- time. Along the way the team achieved many goals includ- ing Mike Lennon's 1144 yards rushing and Bryan Wright 1,037 yards as a receiver.
