Athletes in perpetual motion in Beaverland Athletics comprise a large part of life at Webb High. On almost every day, of almost every season of the school year, teams and indivi- duals are either practicing for an upcoming contest, or participating against other South Central Conference teams. Webb teams are active even in the summer, as the spring season tournaments always extend yearJUne footba 1 Practlce begins dutifully in mid-August every Sports are integral at Webb. These two pages contain glimpses of that important segment of student life here, that part that is encompassed by the word Beavers, which is pasted all over the school, and on the jackets of people like HEAD FOOTBALL COACH DENNIS ARKIN (TOP).
