When we are no longer greenhorn underclassmen we are forming our beliefs in life and begin aiming for higher goals . Webb hands are busy working, writing homework, emphasizing points, cheering teams to victory, building floats, creating skits. These are the obvious, but the hands of Webb are also molding lives into patterns which will be ready to meet the grip of the world. Year by year in our high school careers we are reaching for the goal of graduation; but having reached the goal, we do not forget the happy times. We are proud to guard our memories and in our Gleaner we are handing to you a year of Webb High happenings . Gradually fitting into the groove of things is not hard at Webb with its friendly atmosphere, which is easily captured from the faculty and students. In our very modern building we can fashion our young lives into any cast we choose.

Reaching . . . grasping . . . molding and devising . . . preparing . . . obtaining . . . giving and receiving . . . taking . . . cap- turing . . . aiming and directing . . .all our lives, from the beginning to the end, hands are busy shaping our lives .... Webb High has put its stu- dents in the best hands possi- ble for shaping and molding lives--to carry on success- fully after their high school years . Day by day we are being guided through the hard and emotional period of our lives by our instructors. Each new class enters Webb with open hands waiting to receive the knowl- edge which is made available through excellent facilities and equipment.
