SMITH • When in the course of human events it became neces sary for the school board of Reedsburg to choose a man to preside over the educational facilities of Reedsburg they could select but one man—Mr. Floyd Smith. A man—as a teacher, versatile: as an advisor, wise: as a confidant, the soul of secrecy; as a critic, sympathetic: and as a principal, unsurpassable. Mr Smith comes to Reedsburg after fifteen years of successful administrative work, the latter of which were spent at Cuba City. Although spending most of his summers at the University of Wisconsin, he did not neglect travel, having visited forty-three states and Canada. He received his elementary education in the rural schools of Buffalo County. His early education was completed in the Mondova high school from which he was graduated. Later he attended Oshkosh Normal, and the University of Wisconsin obtaining the Ph.B. degree. Mr. Smith has proven a commendable supervisor, well-liked by both teachers and students. Pair Xinr
