President: Carlton Lindner Vice-President: Bill Brown Secretary: Margaret Baderschneider Treasurer: Mary Lou Alderton This is the first Student Council to be organized in the Reed City High School. It takes in the grades from eight to twelve. The counc1l's purpose is to maintain a better understanding between the faculty and the students. Some of the things they have done is holding dances, ushering at games, selling tickets, looking after the cleanliness of the school building and grounds, inspecting lockers, and helping classes.

Under the direction of William B. Tower, the band is continually building a fine reputation in state musical circles. The school is proud of this organization and band members are proud to belong.
