WRE TLIN G , f VARSITY JUNIOR VARSITY AND TAXI SQUAD n This year we had our most successful wrestling season. We had a conference championship in varsity and J. V. We qualified 12 out of a possible 18 boys for country tournament. Fourth in county out of about 50 Jr. Highs. Dave Furguson and Robert Berg each won second place in their weight class in the county. John Hites and John Greenlief Won third. Greg Lahann and Dennis Ralston won fourth.

Wal Due to the fact that our photographers failed to take Bas- ketball pictures we do not have any for this page. The 7th grade team had a successful year. Their record was 10-2. They won the district 3 championship. They lost to Jordon in the county. Outstanding players Were, Matt Durkett, Mark Chamberlin, Peter Novac, Dennis Ralston, and Steve Guilford. This was the best eighth grade basketball team Redwood has ever had. They started the season by Winning a Christ- mas tournament at Union School. The team had an outstand ing record in league play of seven wins and one loss. They lost the league championship to Dartmouth in a Very excit- ing, hard fought game, by only four points.
