Spearheaded on offense by the running of Andy Anix- ter and the blocks of a fine offensive line. In the end defense was the name of the game. The Giants intercepted 15 passes while only allowing 4 touchdowns to be scored in the last six games. Defen- sive standouts were Mike Ford and Brad Belden.
