A M IN IS T RAT I O This year the administration, headed by principal Donald Kreps, continued to show its faith in the capacity of the students , by work- ing for an open campus. Our admini- stration is considered to pave the way for other schools in such things as optional dress and open campus. Although we may not receive these privileges as soon as we would like, in the long run we do. The members of the administra- tion were the same as last year. Again, the deans followed their policy of individualized disipline rather than a set punishment for every rule that is broken. As before, Mr. Gennarro was the principal of both the Summer School and the Evening Adult Education. Mr. Nick Gennaro Dean of Evening and Summer Schools

Once again it failed and the overcrowding problem in the Tam district became even greater. The Board has many functions. These include the appropriation of all district funds and making all decisions which involve the three schools in the district. The board members receive no compensation for their services other than the honor of being chosen to serve their community. The problem of District Unification continues to face the board. This years District Administration was composed of Mrs. Gloria Melbostad, Chairman of the Board, Mrs. Bette Wallace, clerk, David Ring, Frank Miller, William B.Lewis and Chester Carlisle, Superin- tendent of Schools.
