'lf Lesley Collins, Cathy Connor, Loretta Hennessy, Pam Eldred, Linda Walsh, Judy Underwood, Mary Williams. Redwoodites returned this year with a Giant amount of spirit, yelling and cheering their hardest at each and every game. The packed rooter buses and exciting car parades helped to bring the members of the cheering section to every game. Our six-pack of yell leaders and seven song girls helped to keep the spirit rolling and make the rallies worth while. The selling of Giant Rick Nicholson Power buttons, dinners, and mass poster painting sessions were all part of our spirit leader's many activities. The idea of class time rallies was reborn during Homecoming Week. A Redwood vers- ion of Laugh Inn with corny jokes and flying cream pies, Mr. Spirit, and a spectacular novelty by the song girls made it the best rally ever.
