Two meets were held this year: the county meet at Drake and the Nor- thern California meet. Debbie Pla, Patti Brajkovich, Barbara Vallee, Celie Tuck- er, Linda Locati, Shelly Thunes, and Tra- vina Butler all placed in the meet at Drake. The Northern California meet ended the gymnastic season late in March. The bowling team enjoyed its second year of intra-school competition. There were six teams, each with three girls. They bowled at Greenbrae Lanes twice a week. Modern Dance was another of the G.A.A.'s activities this year. They had no meets, but held symposiums with other schools, at which each school per- formed. 147
